Computer Vision Parking Occupancy Detection
Computer vision reads an entire deck in real time, replacing gate estimates with live occupancy by level and row for operators and drivers.
Write-ups by the engineers who did the work. Each one says what was constraining the project, what we did about it, and how it turned out.
This is a selective record, not a complete one. Work covered by a confidentiality agreement stays off the site for the term of that agreement, and plenty of short rescue jobs go perfectly well and leave nothing distinct to write about.
We publish a project when we can describe the decision that decided the outcome: what was constraining us, what our options were under it, and why we went the way we did. A write-up that lists deliverables records a transaction. One that records the reasoning explains how we approach comparable technical and commercial requirements.
Every study is filed under one practice, which is a filing convenience rather than a description of how the work ran. A monitoring buoy is a board, a firmware image, a radio network, and a dashboard an operations team reads. A growth engagement starts with what the site does to the traffic before anyone writes a word. The four practices are one project split four ways by convention, and we keep all four in one team.

Our Own ProductBillUp observes the applications and Microsoft 365 activity of a fee earner and drafts the day's time entries for review and approval.
Our Own ProductConductor selects components, reads the datasheets, validates the electrical contracts, and returns a bill of materials and a schematic that can be built.

Technical SEO, storefront performance engineering, and content built against measured search demand. Owned traffic in place of rented clicks.
A solar sensor node, a LoRa backhaul requiring no cellular contract, and a dashboard reviewed by an operations team before crews leave the dock.
A scheduling and dispatch platform delivered quickly by a contractor who then left, audited, documented, and made safe for an internal developer to change.
A good deal of what we deliver isn't on this page. Engagements under a confidentiality agreement stay confidential for the whole term of it. Audits and assessments end in a written report rather than something you can look at. Work we were asked to do quietly isn't described at all.
If you need experience that is not represented here, send a short description of the project. We can identify relevant confidential or adjacent experience without disclosing protected client information.
Send a short description of the requirements, constraints, current status, and expected deliverables. We will identify the most relevant experience and recommend an appropriate next step.
